I have mentioned that I have psoriasis before...
I don't like to talk about and hate to have people see it but I had a chance to try some shampoo recently that really seemed to help me so to hopefully help others I am sharing these two pictures.
Scroll down to see the before and after pictures and my review.

I used the shampoo starting on Feb 26th 2014 and the after picture below is from March 31st 2014. I am still using it and am seeing more change every day.

I started by washing 3 days in a row with the shampoo then switched to every other day.

I have used a few different types of medicated shampoo but usually and recently just have been using tar shampoo. If you have used tar shampoo (or menthol or tea tree oil) you know it stinks and leaves your hair feeling a terrible. I didn't use conditioner when I first tried it I wanted to see how this shampoo left my hair and it really did leave my hair feeling soft as it claims, I was able to brush my hair while wet with no problems. It says it has a peppermint scent but I couldn't really smell it which I was perfectly fine with. It was so moisturizing to my scalp also, I always had pain at the top of my neck since I was so dry and was uncomfortable when trying to sleep but that went way after 2 shampooings. The dandruff and my skin started to lightly clear up after about 5 days, 4 shampooings.

The only thing I did along with using this shampoo was cut tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers out of my diet since they are the not best for people with psoriasis, sadly.
That all being said you should always talk to your dermatologist and doctor before trying or changing anything that could affect your condition. This worked for me though it may not work for you the same way since we are all different.

Here again are the picture side by side so you can see the change.

If you would like me to talk more on my diet and things I do to help control my psoriasis feel free to leave me a comment or send me a message, I'd be happy to share and try to help.
